For today`s swimming lesson, the whole group did warm up exercises and took a test.

The Crab class did crab and crocodile walk, jumps and face dip to get use to the water.

The Frog class practiced sit kicks, face in the water, and board float with kicks.

Level 14A practiced sit kicks, face up board float, and self-float.

Level 14B&13A practiced face-up board kicks, face-in board kicks and crawl with board.

Level 13B&12AB practiced face-up board kicks, face-in board kicks, and crawl with and without board.

Level 9-12 practiced board crawl, glide kicks, forward and side breathing.

Level 8 practiced crawl and backstroke.

All children were able to take the test at their respective level. They did great.
