Swimming Class

In the crab class, some children were hesitant to face the challenge, but with encouragement and assistance from the coach, by the end of the class, they had the courage to try it out.

In the frog class, the children were familiarized to float. They all got better at keeping their body straight while floating.

In the 14th grade class, they got used to flapping their feet with a kickboard and were able to work on it with enthusiasm. When floating alone, you could see them trying to swim aiming the goal.

In the 13th grade class, they practiced crawling using kickboard. They were able to swim by focusing on making powerful flapping steps while rotating their arms.

In the 12th, 11th, and 10th classes, we practiced forward breathing and side breathing. They were able to practice enthusiastically while being conscious of swimming with their head facing one side.

In the 9th and 8th grade classes, they practiced how to rotate their arms for backstroke. They were able to actively work on practicing floating with my head up and rotating their arms.
