For our swimming lessons today after the usual group warm up exercises we grouped into various levels.

The Crab class did a lot of water activities such as crab and crocodile walk, jumps and face dip to get use to the water.

The Frog-Level 14A classes practiced sit kicks, face in the water, and board float with kicks.

Level 14B&13A practiced face-up board kicks, floating alone and crawl.

Level 14B&13AB practiced face-up board kicks and face-in board kicks. They also did underwater pull and plate pull with jumps.

Level 13B-12A practiced both one and two-handed board crawl, and face up board kicks.

Level 12B-11B did crawl, forward and side breathing and board kicks with both hands.

Level 9A, 8A, 7B practiced breaststroke face up kicks with board and pull.

All children did well in their respective levels.
