Swimming class

In crab class, students walked in the water with the assistance of the coach. Some children were able to walk in the water on their own without the help of the coach.

In frog class, students were able to float with their faces in the water. They used beat boards to float with the coach’s help.

In 14th grade class students learned how to float by themselves and to flip their feet. Coach helped them to keep their bodies steady in the water.

In 13th grade class they practiced to rotate their arms in a rhythmic manner while holding the beat board. They were able to swim with the coach’s help.

In 12th grade class, they were able to practice single arm and two arms crawl with powerful leg movements while holding the beat board.

In 11th grade class, they practiced forward and side breathing. Coach helped them to practice breathing while swimming in the right position.

In 9th and 8th grade classes, they practiced one arm kicks and backstroke swimming. They listened to their coach’s advice and were able to swim in a correct manner.

In 7th grade class, they practiced backstroke leg kicks using the beat board with the proper guidance of the coach.
