Swimming Lesson

Class Crab A began their lesson with hip kicks to acclimate to the water. They practiced facing down for five seconds, followed by crab and crocodile jumps, and concluded with foot-kicking drills.

In the 14th grade and Frog A and B classes, students learned how to use a kickboard with their faces in the water. This technique helped them move forward more efficiently by flapping their feet against the water. They also used their shoulders and kicked their legs to stay afloat.

Class 13A and 14B engaged in various swimming techniques to enhance their abilities. These techniques comprised sitting kick, crab jumping, leg kicking foot, face plate kick, face-up board kick, one-handed crawl, and crawling with the board in both hands.

Class 11B practiced kicking while raising both hands in combination. Then, they did a one-handed crawl, followed by both hands crawling while holding a board in the water.

Class 12A, 12B, and 13B practiced forward, side breathing, one-handed, and both hands crawling with boards.

In Class 8A and 9A, the students performed their kicking while facing the water. Also, they had pool practice.

Class 7B executed the breaststroke face-up plate kick.
