Swimming Class Visit Day

Under the watchful eye of their parents, the children had their first lesson in the class they were promoted to.

In the crab class, some children got used to walking underwater and were able to do it independently with the encouragement of their coaches.

In the frog class, they were getting better at floating. They were able to swim by keeping their face deep in the water and keeping their arms and legs straight.

In the 14th grade class, the flapping legs with kickboard became stronger. They were now able to take a deep breath and swim powerfully for about 5 meters.

In the 13th grade class, when doing a two-handed crawl while holding a kickboard, they were able to swim by rotating their arms wide and firmly.

In the 12th, 11th, and 10th grade classes, they practiced crawling and turning to the side to catch their breath. They were able to swim consciously with the help of their coach, such as how to tilt their head.

In the 9th grade classes, they practiced repeatedly to be able to do the backstroke by rotating arms wide and firmly pushing the water.

In the 7th grade class, they practiced leg kicks for breaststroke. They were able to swim enthusiastically with the help of their coach to keep their body from sinking.

In the 5th grade class, they practiced leg kicks for butterfly swim.
