Swimming Class
In the crab class, some children got used to putting their faces in the water and were able to dive with the help of their coaches. We can now see progress on crocodile and crab walk, that’s why they were all happy to practice.
In the mixed class of frog class and 14th grade, they became good at floating alone. To practice flapping legs swimming using a beat board, the students turned their legs straight and moved forward with strong flapping steps, with the help of their coach to keep their knees from bending.
In the mixed class of 14th and 13th grade, they practiced arm rotation and breathing during crawling. They were able to swim with great enthusiasm, with the coach helping them and giving them advice so that they could turn their head to the side and take a breath.
In the 10th grade class, they swam for 25 meter crawl repeatedly. They were able to swim enthusiastically while being conscious of breathing, flapping their legs, and rotating their arms.
