Swimming Lesson

In the crab class, the children comfortably splashed water on their faces, and were able to have fun practicing sitting kicks and crocodile walking. The number of children who are able to dive in the water with their coach has also increased.

In the Crab, Frog, and 14th grade mixed classes, the coach assisted them, in practicing flapping feet and floating movements. The coach also advised them on how to put their head firmly in the water and flap feet without bending knees. They were able to swim enthusiastically in the water.

In the 14th, 13th, and 10th grade mixed classes, students used kick boards to swim in a non-breathing manner. They practiced crawl and sideways breathing. With the help of the coach, they were able to swim with great enthusiasm, such as rotating their arms widely and turning firmly to the side to take a breath. We also did a level-up swim test and kids put much effort into it. They all did their best.
