Swimming Lesson

In the crab class, more and more children are getting used to putting their heads in the water and are now able to jump from the platform to the coach without hesitation. They’ve gotten used to floating on a kickboard and better at floating with their arms and legs straight.

In the frog class, they were able to swim with good form by holding the coach’s shoulders and stretching their arms and legs. They seemed very happy when their coach praised them.

In the 14th grade class, they tried floating by themselves. They practiced repeatedly so that they could swim while keeping their head firmly in the water and maintaining good form.

In the 13th and 12th grade classes, they practiced breathing while crawling. They were able to swim enthusiastically with the help of their coach so that they could turn to their side and breathe properly.

In the 10th grade class, they swam a 25 meter crawl repeatedly. They worked hard at practicing by making sure to swim with their arms and head firmly in the water.
