Swimming Lesson
In the Crab class, the students tried putting their faces in the water and floating. Encouraged by their coach, they were able to gradually keep their faces in the water for longer period of time.
In the Frog class, they tried floating on a board. They were able to float by resting their chin on the kickboard and stretching their arms and legs out fully.
In the 14th class, students practiced floating and flutter kicking on their own. They repeatedly practiced keeping their heads firmly in the water and swimming forward with powerful kicks.
In the mixed class of 14th, 13th, 12th, and 10th graders, they practiced breathing, rotating their arms, flutter kicking, and swimming the crawl. With advice from their coaches on what to pay attention to when swimming, the students were able to swim enthusiastically towards their individual goals.
