Swimming Lesson
In the Crab class, the children had become used to the water and were able to perform big dives from the platform towards the coach.
In the Frog class, the children had become used to putting their faces in the water, and were able to float by holding their breath for 10 seconds.
In the 14th grade class, they have got used to floating alone and swimming without using a kickboard. They were able to swim with great enthusiasm as their coach advised them to keep their head firmly in the water and to kick the water with their feet without bending their knees.
In the 14th, 13th, 12th, and 10th grade mixed classes, we practiced proper breathing, arm rotation, and crawling. They swam while keeping their arms rotating, keeping their eyes firmly on the side, and making sure to take a big breath.
