After warming up, they went to their level groups and practiced swimming. In the crab class, they practiced walking under water, face in the water and jumping. In the frog class, they practiced shoulder float and plank float. In 14AB class they practiced kicks and face under water. In 13 and 14 classes they practiced face up crawling. After practicing with their coach they had their pre-test today. They all did a great job.
