Swimming Lesson
In the Crab class, the children were able to swim with the coach. They did face-down swimming and face-up floating using a kickboard. During playtime, they played with their favorite toys without any worries even if water got on their faces.
In the Frog class, they practiced face-down swimming and floating. They are getting used to holding their breath in the water, and when floating with their face, they are able to hold onto the coach’s shoulders and float with their heads firmly in the water.
In the 14th class, they practiced kicking on the platform firmly to straighten their bodies and floating to the target point. They practiced repeatedly and realized that if their kicks are weak, they will not be able to move forward halfway.
In the 13th class, they practiced crawl swimming with a kickboard. They practiced putting their heads firmly in the water and swinging their arms widely. They practiced repeatedly so that their flutter kicks would not become weak even when swinging their arms.
In the 12th class, they practiced breathing using crawl. They swam with the coach helping them to turn their faces firmly to the side and take a breath. They repeatedly practiced swimming while paying attention to breathing, kicking, and turning their arms at the same time.
In the Grade 9 class, they practiced the 25-meter crawl and one-arm backstroke. They repeatedly practiced swimming with large arm turns.
