Swimming lessons

In the crab class, the children practiced crocodile walking, jumping from a platform, and putting their heads in the water with the help of the coach. Some children were afraid of getting splashed in the face, but during playtime, they enjoyed playing with their favorite toys and didn’t seem to mind a little splashing.

In the frog class, the children practiced putting their heads in the water, walking in the water, and holding onto the coach’s shoulders to float. They were able to swim with beautiful form, stretching their elbows and knees.

In the 14th class, the children practiced swimming with flutter kicks. Although they struggled to put their heads firmly in the water, stretch their elbows and knees, and flutter kick powerfully at the same time, they were able to swim enthusiastically until the end.

In the 13th class, the children were able to make powerful flutter kicks and their swimming speed has increased. When practicing swimming with their faces turned firmly to the side, they were able to practice swimming while maintaining their balance, focusing on their face, body, and flutter kicks with the help of the coach.

In the Grade 12 class, when practicing breathing with their faces turned to the side, they swam while being conscious of not letting their fluttering kick weaken when breathing. They were able to practice while being conscious of swimming without shaking their bodies.

In the Grade 9 class, when swimming 25 meters in the crawl, they practiced while being conscious of swimming with a beautiful form. In the backstroke, they became able to kick the water powerfully and move forward, and their speed became faster.
