Swimming lessons
In the Crab class, the children began to enjoy the sensation of floating in the water, and were able to walk underwater while being held by the coach. During playtime, they enjoyed playing with their favorite toys and didn’t seem to mind a little splashing.
In the Frog class, they used floaters. They swam while keeping their elbows and knees straight and being conscious of maintaining a good posture.
In the Level 14 class, they swam while keeping their heads firmly in the water and stretching their elbows and knees to make powerful flutter kicks.
In the Level 13 class, children practiced crawl with breathes. They turned their faces firmly to the side, made powerful flutter kicks. They practiced swimming while maintaining their body balance.
In the Level 12 class, they were conscious of not letting their flutter kicks become weak when taking a breath in the crawl. They practiced swimming while maintaining their body balance.
In the Level class, they practiced swimming the crawl with a good form. In the backstroke, the students worked hard practicing keeping their bodies horizontal and kicking the water powerfully to move forward.
