Swimming class
In the Crab class, children are getting used to holding their breath underwater and getting better at diving with the coach.
In the frog class, children are now able to challenge themselves to keep face under water for 10 seconds straight. They started to float with straight arms and legs using beat board recently and they are getting better day by day.
In 14th grade, they swim with flapping legs. Today they were able to swim by keeping head firmly in the water and making strong flapping movements without bending knees.
In the 14th grade, 13th grade, and 12th grade classes, they practiced arm rotation and breathing. They were able to swim while being conscious when to take a breath while rotating arms wide.
In the 10th grade, they practiced to swim 25 meters and backstroke. After practicing nearly 30minutes they did a mock test today. Let’s do our best next week.
