Swimming class
Today, we took a moving up test for each class.
In the crab class, we practiced underwater movements and holding our breath underwater for 10-seconds. Everyone was able to swim following the coach’s instructions.
In the frog class, we did things like floating for 10 seconds by ourselves. We swam with our arms and legs straight out, trying to float.
In the 14th grade class, we performed activities such as mask-covering and batashi. We swam a distance of 5 to 6 meters, while doing powerful leg flaps.
In the 13th grade class, we did mask-covered crawls. We were motivated to swim a distance of 6 to 7 meters.
In the 12th grade class, students crawled 12.5 meters with helpers. We were motivated to swim up until the goal.
In the 9th grade class, we did the backstroke with a helper. We were motivated to swim 25 meters by ourselves.
