Swimming Lesson
The children in the Crab class have become accustomed to walking underwater and are now able to move forward while floating on their own. During play, they were absorbed in using their favorite toys and were not bothered by getting water on their faces.
In the Frog class, the children practiced taking a deep breath and floating for 10 seconds. They swam while keeping their arms and legs straight to stay afloat.
In the level 14th class, the children practiced swimming about 5 meters using flutter kicks. They swam while keeping their heads firmly in the water and kicking powerfully.
In the level 13th class, the children practiced swimming fast by kicking powerfully without bending their knees. The coach advised them to keep their heads firmly in the water, and they were able to swim enthusiastically with awareness.
In the level 12th class, the children held kickboards and practiced swimming the crawl by rotating their arms firmly. They were able to swim while rotating their arms in time with the coach’s count.
In the level 11th class, they practiced breathing during arms rotation. With the coach’s help, children were able to swim enthusiastically, turning their faces to the side to breath.
In level 9 class, after swimming 25 meters of crawl, they practiced backstroke. They swam while being conscious of not letting their bodies sink during arms rotation.
