Swimming Lesson

In the Crab Class, the children were able to stretch their bodies straight and float with the help of coach. The children seemed to have gotten used to the lessons and seemed to be enjoying the lessons.

In the frog class, the children were able to float using a board with their faces in the water while paying close attention to what the teacher had told them. Some children couldn’t catch their breath and looked up midway through the swim, but with the encouragement of their coach, they were able to swim with great enthusiasm.

In the 14th grade class, more children have improved their swimming ability. The number of children who can swim about 5 meters without a beat board is increasing. They were able to enjoy swimming with the encouragement of coach.

In the 13th grade class, we practiced swimming by rotating our arms. Everyone was able to practice enthusiastically while flapping their legs and rotating their arms.

In the 12th and 11th grade classes, we practiced breathing while crawling. Everyone was able to swim by being conscious of not shaking their body even when they were breathing while rotating their arms.

In the 9th grade class, we practiced back kicks and swimming while rotating our arms. Everyone was able to swim while being conscious of not sinking while rotating their arms.
