Swimming Lesson

In the Crab class, coach help children to get used to the water. They did jumping, walking and face-up plank floats. They could straighten their body to floats.

In the frog class, they practice diving while keeping their heads and face firmly in the water. Some children couldn’t catch their breath and looked up midway through the swim but with lots of encouragement they did their best.

In the 14th grade class, they did foot flapping, floating and board kicks. Children have improved in their swimming ability. Most children could swim 5 meters without the beat board. They swam enthusiastically with the encouragement of the coach.

The 13th grade class practiced arm rotation and face kicks. They were being conscious of flapping legs and rotating arms correctly.

In the 12th and 11th grade classes, children practiced breathing using board crawling. They were able to swim properly while rotating their arms.

The 9th grade class practiced back kicks, and arms rotation. She was able to swim with a lot of consciousness.
