Swimming Lesson
In the Crab class, the number of children who can swim with their faces in the water has increased. By floating on a beat board, they were able to enjoy the sensation of their bodies floating in the water while receiving assistance from coach.
In the frog class, the children had fun jumping from the support platform and diving into the water. When floating alone, they gradually learned how to balance their body and float.
In the 14th grade class, we practiced by the pool so that we could raise our legs properly and do flutter kicks. By practicing the basics of flutter, their kicks in the water became more powerful.
In the 13th grade class, they were able to swim by keeping their head firmly in the water and making sure to flop around. We were able to swim powerfully for distances of about 5 meters.
In the 12th grade class, we practiced crawling by rotating our arms in the water. Together with coach’s help the children were able to swim while rotating their arms in rhythm with time.
In the 11th grade class, we practiced crawl breathing. I swam with my arms around me, my face firmly turned to the side while trying to catch my breath.
