Swimming lessons

In the crab class, some 2-year-olds cried when they first got used to the water, but as they walked and floated in the water with the coach, they got used to it, and by the final playtime, they were smiling. The 3-year-olds got used to crab and crocodile walking, and didn’t seem to mind if water splashed on their faces. More and more children were able to keep their faces down for more than 5 seconds.

In the frog class, they got better at floating with their faces up. They gradually got used to floating with their arms and legs straight.

In the 14th class, they were able to actively work on floating on their own. They got used to kicking the platform firmly with their toes, and were able to swim with a beautiful form.

In the 13th class, they did face crawl and other swimming exercises. They were able to swim enthusiastically with the coach’s help to prevent their flutter kicks from weakening when they turned their arms.

In the 11th class, they did board crawl and other swimming exercises. I was able to focus on maintaining good form while swimming, being careful not to let my body sink too much when breathing.
