Swimming lessons
In the crab class, some children got used to putting their faces in the water and were able to dive underwater with their coaches. They became good at crocodile walking and crab walking and were happy to practice.
In the mixed frog and 14th grade classes, one student is getting better at floating. With the coach helping them to keep their knees straight, they practiced fluttering with a kickboard, stretching their legs out and using powerful flutter kicks to move forward.
In the mixed class of 14th and 13th grade students, they practiced arm rotation and breathing when swimming the crawl. With the coach’s help and advice, the students were able to turn their faces to the side and take a breath, allowing them to swim enthusiastically.
In the 10th grade class, students repeatedly swam 25 meters using the crawl. They were able to swim enthusiastically while paying attention to breathing, flutter kicks, and arm rotation.
