Swimming Lessons

Two-year-olds in the crab class are now able to dip their heads in the water and jump without crying. Some children were able to walk underwater on their own, encouraged by their coach.

Three-year-olds in the crab class are getting used to holding their breath, and more children are able to dip their heads in the water for more than five seconds. They also enjoyed crocodile walking and jumping from a platform.

In the frog class, children are getting better at floating, and can now swim with their arms and legs straight and keep their balance.

In the 14th class, children practiced swimming with powerful flutter kicks while holding a kickboard. They swam while focusing on straightening their knees and flutter kicks.

In the 13th class, children practiced swimming the crawl by rotating their arms firmly. They swam while focusing on putting their heads firmly in the water.

In the 11th class, children practiced swimming 25 meters in the crawl. They practiced swimming with a beautiful form, focusing on breathing and flutter kicks.
