Swimming Lessons

In the crab class, the children jumped from the platform to the coach. More and more children are able to do this without hesitation. They are getting used to putting their faces in the water and are becoming good at floating using kickboards. They are also getting better at floating with their arms and legs straight.

In the frog class, the students held onto the coach’s shoulders and stretched their arms and legs out to swim with beautiful form. They also did a good job of turning their heads and kicking with the coach’s support.

In the 14th grade class, one student tried floating. He repeatedly practiced to keep his head firmly in the water and swim with a good form.

In the 13th and 12th grade classes, we practiced breathing techniques for the crawl stroke. We turned to the side, stretched our arms, and swam as hard as we could with the help of our coach.

In the Grade 10 class, the students repeatedly swam 25 meters using the crawl stroke. They practiced by turning their arms firmly while breathing and keeping their heads firmly under the water.
