Swimming
In the crab class, they showed us a big dive from the platform towards the coach. They were getting used to the water and seemed to be having fun.
In the frog class, the children are now able to hold their breath for 10 seconds and float. They are also becoming quite adept at flutter kicks.
In the 14th grade class, I got used to swimming by flutter kicking without using a float or a kickboard. With the coach’s advice on kicking the water with the top of my foot without bending my knees, I was able to swim enthusiastically. I was also able to put my head firmly in the water.
In the mixed class of 14th, 13th, 12th and 10th grades, we practiced breathing while swimming the crawl, practicing arm rotation, and practicing backstroke. We swam while turning our arms and turning to the side, being conscious of breathing.
