Swimming
After a fun-filled summer vacation, the students are back for their swimming lessons. They listened carefully to coach and enjoyed participating in the lesson.
In the crab class, with coach`s guidance the students were able to swim, put their faces in the water and swim using kickboards while keeping their faces up.
In the frog class, the students practiced putting their heads in the water and floating. They held on to the coach’s shoulders and were able to float with their heads in the water. Also, they did great doing flutter kicks.
In the 14th grade class, students practiced lifting their heads and floating up until the target distance. They repeatedly practiced swimming properly by kicking strongly to move forward in the water.
In the 13th grade class, the students swam with their kickboards. They practiced keeping their heads in and out of the water for air while using their kickboards when swimming.
In the 12th grade class, the students practiced swimming with kickboards while simultaneously tilting their heads to the side to be able to catch air.
In the 9th grade class, the students practiced 25-meter one-handed swimming. They repeatedly practiced swimming using large arm swim.
