Swimming Lessons

In the Crab class, children practiced water walking with helpers and big jumps from a platform to get used to the water. They listened carefully to the coach’s instructions and swam with enthusiasm.

In the Frog class, children became more adept at floating, and more and more tried floating on their own. They swam by focusing on keeping their arms and legs straight and their heads firmly submerged in the water.

In the 14th class, children improved their flutter kicks, becoming more powerful and able to kick the water forward. They swam by focusing on flutter kicking with their knees straight.

In the 13th, 11th, and 12th grade classes, children practiced swimming with large arm swings and side breathing. They swam by focusing on maintaining a proper posture with their faces turned to the side.

In the 9th grade class, children practiced backstroke, focusing on swimming with large arm swings.
