Swimming Lesson

Today, after doing some warm-up exercises as a group, we split into groups for swimming lessons.
In the Crab class, we did crab and crocodile walking, putting our faces in the water, etc. Compared to the beginning, the children are now able to put their faces in the water for longer periods of time.
In the frog class, we practiced things like face-down kicks and flutter kicks with kickboards. We were able to stretch our bodies straight and flutter kick.
In the 14th grade, the students practiced floating, board kicks, etc. They listened carefully to what the coach said and seemed to be working hard until the end.
For levels 9 to 13, students practiced 25m crawl, forward and side breathing, face crawl and face kick at each level. They were able to practice exactly as instructed by the coach, stretching their arms out fully, holding their heads up and breathing properly.
Finally, everyone enjoyed playing in the water and finished with a lively greeting.
