Swimming Lessons

In the Crab class, children were able to swim comfortably even with water splashing on their faces, and bold jumps were seen from the platform. Some children even managed to keep their heads submerged for 10 seconds.

In the Frog class, more children were able to float independently. They became accustomed to keeping their heads firmly submerged and their legs straight.

In the 14th class, children became accustomed to swimming with straight knees and powerful flutter kicks. With the coach’s assistance to keep their knees straight, they were able to get a feel for the technique and try to swim.

In the 13th, 12th, and 11th classes, children practiced breathing and arm movements. They focused on turning sideways to breathe and using large arm movements.

In the 9th class, children practiced crawl and backstroke. In crawl, they were able to swim while paying attention to maintaining their form. In backstroke, they were able to practice using large arm movements and strong strokes.
