Swimming Lessons

In the crab class, the children were able to jump with fun, and with the help of their coach, they were able to straighten their bodies and float up in the face-lifting board.

In the Frog Class, the children were able to swim with their heads firmly underwater and keep them underwater until the coach gave the signal. Some children raised their heads during the swim, but with the encouragement of their coaches, they were able to swim enthusiastically.

In the 14th grade class, the size of the kickboards has been reduced and more children have become able to swim. More children are now able to swim without kickboards, and it seems that they are gaining confidence.

In the 13th grade class, students practiced swimming by turning their arms firmly while focusing on careful flutter kicks. They were able to practice enthusiastically while focusing on both flutter kicks and arm rotations at the same time.

In the 12th and 11th grade classes, students practiced breathing while swimming. They also got used to breathing while swinging their arms. They were able to swim while being conscious of not shaking their bodies.

In the 9th grade class, students practiced back kicks and swimming while swinging their arms. They were able to swim while being conscious of using their flutter kicks to keep their bodies from sinking when swinging their arms.
