In the Frog class, they practiced head-up floats and jumps. They also became completely accustomed to jumps and were seen diving with all their might.
In the 14th grade, children were able to swim while focusing on keeping their arms and legs fully extended when using the headboard float. They also practiced swinging their arms using the wall.
In the 13th and 12th grade classes, children practiced swimming sideways with one hand on the kickboard. They practiced with enthusiasm, focusing on fluttering their feet while keeping their bodies straight.
In the grade 11 and 10 classes, students practiced breathing when swimming the crawl. They were able to swim while being conscious of keeping their bodies steady even when moving their arms to take a breath.
