Swimming Lessons
In the Crab class, children are becoming more adept at walking underwater, with more and more able to do so independently. They are also becoming more daring with jumps from the platform, even submerging headfirst in the water.
In the Frog class, children attempted to float independently. They swam by relaxing their bodies and staying upright, focusing on floating.
In the 14th class, children are improving their flutter kicks. They were able to practice focusing on swimming with powerful flutter kicks.
In the 13th class, children practiced arm movements. They were able to swim while focusing on swinging their arms widely.
In the 12th, 11th, and 10th classes, children practiced breathing. They were able to swim while turning their faces to the side, focusing on breathing properly.
In the 8th class, children practiced backstroke. They were able to swim while keeping their bodies straight and focusing on using flutter kicks and swinging their arms firmly.
