Swimming Lessons
In the Crab class, the children practiced jumping and underwater walking. They seemed to enjoy the lesson with their friends. They also seemed completely comfortable with the face-down technique.
In the Frog class, the children practiced floating on the board with their faces down and up. Although some children appeared to sink, the coaches’ encouragement allowed them to swim with enthusiasm.
In the level 14th class, the children practiced floating and kicking. Most children were able to swim about 5 meters without a kickboard. With the coaches’ assistance, they enjoyed swimming.
In the level 13th class, the children worked on the board crawl. They appeared to be completely comfortable with the technique. They made sure to turn sideways when breathing.
In the 10-12th class, the children practiced breathing techniques for the crawl. They checked their breathing timing with the instructor.
