Swimming Lessons
In the Crab Class, students practiced walking sideways while holding onto lane ropes and walking underwater with the coach’s assistance. They enjoyed the feeling of floating and swam with smiles on their faces.
In the Frog Class, students practiced floating for about 2 meters by bending their knees and powerfully pushing off the platform. They were encouraged by the coach and practiced enthusiastically.
In the Level 14 Class, students practiced floating and kicking. During kicking practice using kickboards, encouraged by the coach, they became more conscious of keeping their knees straight and kicking powerfully.
In the Level 12 and Level 11 Classes, students repeatedly swam with the coach’s assistance. They focused on keeping their heads firmly underwater. They practiced carefully, paying attention to each movement, such as one-arm rotations and side breathing.
