Swimming Lessons
In the Crab Class, children gradually became more comfortable with putting their faces in the water, practicing techniques like the crocodile walk and face-in-the-water. With the coach’s assistance, they were able to float with their legs straight.
In the Frog Class, children were able to float with the coach holding their arms. They were able to swim while consciously keeping their bodies straight.
In the Level 14 Class, children practiced kicking their legs. With face-in-the-water kicking, they were able to swim while consciously keeping their heads firmly submerged.
In the Level 12 and Level 11 Classes, children practiced using kickboards and one-arm rotations, as well as side breathing. They focused on turning only their heads to the side to breathe. All children did great and were delighted in the swimming lessons.
