Swimming Class

In the “Crab Class,” students practiced floating by holding onto the coach’s shoulders. They seemed to enjoy the sensation of buoyancy and swam with smiles on their faces.

In the “Frog Class,” students practiced floating with their faces submerged while holding kickboards. They improved their ability to hold their breath for longer periods and managed to swim a distance of about two meters.

In the “Level 14 Class,” students practiced flutter kicks with their faces submerged in the water, using kickboards for support. They focused on keeping their knees straight while swimming; their bodies became more stable, and they developed a powerful flutter kick.

In the “Level 12 & 11 Classes,” students practiced side-kicking and breathing techniques while on their sides. They worked hard on their drills, listening to the coach’s advice and focusing on maintaining a sideways body position while taking breaths.
