Swimming Class
Today, mock tests were held for all levels.
In the “Crab” level class, students practiced skills such as jumping from the poolside and submerging their faces. They have improved at walking in the water, and some children were even able to do it on their own without the coach’s assistance.
In the “Frog” level class, students practiced floating. They focused on maintaining their body balance and holding a good form while floating, all while listening to the coach count to ten.
In the Level 14 class, students practiced the flutter kick. They worked on propelling themselves forward with powerful kicks while holding a kickboard.
In the Level 12 and 11 classes, students practiced the front crawl. They focused on keeping their heads fully submerged while swimming and turning their faces to the side when taking a breath.
