Swimming Class
Today, we held advancement tests.
In the “Crab Class,” students swam enthusiastically with encouragement from their coaches, practicing skills such as “crocodile swimming” (moving along the bottom), submerging their faces, and running in the water.
In the “Frog Class,” students practiced jumping from the poolside and floating while holding onto an aid. They swam eagerly, following coach instructions—such as bending their knees before lifting their faces when landing from a float.
In the “Level 14 Class,” students practiced floating and flutter kicking while holding a kickboard. They focused on keeping their knees straight and executed powerful kicks.
In the “Level 12 and 11 Classes,” students practiced the front crawl both with and without kickboards. They swam enthusiastically, incorporating coaching advice such as turning their faces fully to the side to breathe and preventing their bodies from sinking during the breath.
