Swimming Class
We held a swimming class. Continuing from the previous session, students set goals based on their skill levels and practiced specific techniques: the “Crab” level focused on submerging the face and floating with a kickboard; Levels 14 and 13 practiced kicking with a kickboard; Level 11 worked on single-arm and double-arm rotations; and Level 9 practiced back-kicking. Depending on their age and skill level, the participants were able to engage in the lessons by doing things like challenging themselves with difficult swimming strokes or simply enjoying their time in the water. We believe that in next week’s lesson, too, each child will work hard with a goal in mind.
