Swimming Class
In this lesson, the “Crab Class” practiced putting their faces in the water, submerging, and jumping. For the face-submersion activity, the children challenged themselves to keep their faces underwater for ten seconds, and all of them are now able to hold their faces under the water longer than before. Meanwhile, children in the “Frog Class” and Levels 14 and 13 practiced kicking and floating, while those in Levels 11 and 9 worked on strokes like the front crawl; although they faced challenges—such as fully extending their arms to pull through the water and coordinating their flutter kicks—every child gave it their best effort.
