Swimming Classes

In the “Crab Class,” children became bolder about jumping from the poolside and happily submerged their heads underwater without hesitation. They improved at walking underwater, with some even able to do so independently without arm floats. An increasing number of children were also able to keep their faces submerged for 10 seconds.

In the “Frog Class,” students practiced skills such as floating on a kickboard. They became proficient at keeping their heads fully underwater and maintaining a straight body position while floating.

In the “Level 14 Class,” students practiced the flutter kick. They repeatedly drilled the technique of keeping their knees straight and kicking the water powerfully. With the coach’s assistance, more children grasped the technique and were able to swim successfully.

In the mixed “Level 14 & 13 Class,” students practiced the single-arm stroke. They focused on rotating their arms fully while swimming.

In the “Level 11 Class,” students practiced skills such as side breathing. They worked hard on their technique, focusing on turning their heads fully to the side and using a wide arm rotation.

In the “Level 9 Class,” students practiced the backstroke. They concentrated on making large arm rotations, pulling the water effectively, and using a flutter kick to swim in a straight line.
