Preparation for Setsubun

In an arts and crafts class, the students made a container of beans and a mask of a goblin for bean-scattering for the Setsubun event. They worked on it and talked to each other about their artwork cheerfully like, “What are goblins’ faces like?”, “How many horns do they have?”, etc.. They chose their favorite materials from things like construction paper, origami paper, yarn, etc. and tried hard to make their artwork wonderful. The goblins the kids made were so colorful! They made red ones, blue ones, yellow ones, cute ones and handsome ones. We are looking forward to using them in the Setsubun event.
