We held a Tanabata party. The 5th and 6th graders quizzed Tanabata and explained it to the younger students. The underclassmen were able to learn about Tanabata while having fun. The children then tied strips with wishes written on them and Tanabata ornaments to bamboo. I hope that the children’s wishes will come true.
