In the home economics class, the students made bacon rolls and a potato bacon salad. The students learned the proper way to hold the knife and to cook with care over the fire. The dishes were well-prepared and the children ate them with satisfaction. We hope that the children will use the experience of this cooking class to actively participate in cooking at home as well.
