This morning and this afternoon the preschoolers went to the garden to harvest sweet potatoes. The soil was already loosening up and some of the vines were already cut off. The kids started digging on the crops using their hands. They gently pulled it out from the ground and shake off the excess dirt of soil. Lots of kids got big sweet potatoes. They also imagine lots of dishes out of it. And they were all really happy to harvest lots of sweet potatoes.
