Crab A & B

They did crocodile walk, crab walk, jumps, jogged, and running in the water. They also practiced floating in the water with the used of board support. At the end of their lesson they faced in the water and tried slide.

Frog A & B and Crab A & B

They jumped, jogged, and faced in the water. They also practiced floating with the used of board while the coach supporting them. And for finale, they jumped while the coach catches them.

Level 14A & B

They did floating with face in the water and used the kick board with face up and on the water. They also did flutter kick swim.

Level 14B

They jumped in the water, used the kick board with face up and in the water. They also did floating without the help of the kick board.

Level 13 A & 14B

They practiced using kick board with face in and up in the water. They also did crawl with face in the water using kick board. And at the end they tried freestyle using kick board.

Level 13B, 12A, 12B, 11A, 11B, and 10A

They did kicks in the water using kickboard with face in the water. They also practiced crawl with and without floaters. At the end they tried one-hand stroke freestyle using kick board.

They all did their best at the swimming lesson. They also had lots of fun in the water and so excited to come back again next week.
