Swimming Lessons

In the Crab class, children challenged themselves to dive with their coaches. Some children became used to holding their breath and diving deep. During playtime, they happily played with their favorite toys without worrying about water splashing on their faces.

In the Frog class, children practiced floating with their coaches holding their hands. They repeatedly practiced keeping their bodies straight and floating so that their arms wouldn’t sink.

In the Level 14 class, children practiced swimming with their legs kicking. They practiced swimming with powerful kicks, mindful not to bend their knees.

In the Level 12 and Level 11 classes, children repeatedly practiced the crawl stroke with their heads firmly submerged in the water and breathing with their faces turned to the side. They were becoming more accustomed to swimming 25 meters and were swimming enthusiastically.
