Swimming lessons

The students are excited to dive back into the pool as summer vacation draws closer. It’s incredible to see how much progress they’ve made since their first swimming lessons. As they begin their second term, they review the skills they’ve learned and enjoy swimming. They did their warm-up routines and swam in their assigned groups, following the regular schedule.

Crab class: Students became accustomed to the water through hip kicks, crab-crocodile walking, kicking, and jumping.

Frog A class: After practicing basic skills like sitting kicks, jumps, and running legs to gain comfort in the water, the students progressed to using plank floats and hand-held floats for face-lifting.

Frog B class: After familiarizing themselves with the water through various exercises, such as sitting, kicking, jumping, and walking underwater, the students practiced floating on a plank and independently raising their faces to the water’s surface. Afterwards, they played on the slide.

Level 14 class: After becoming comfortable in the water with seat kicks and jumps, the students practiced various types of kicks, including face-inboard, face-up board, and face-covering kicks.

Level 13 class: During the class, the students practiced face-up plank kicks, one-handed rotations, and crawls.

Level 11 and 12 classes: After practicing pre-breathing and face-up plank kicks, the students also practiced one-handed and two-handed kicks.

Today, the children put in much effort and enjoyed themselves greatly. Seeing how dedicated and enthusiastic they are about improving their abilities is impressive. It’s truly inspiring!
