Sweet Potato Party!

Today, AKS students roasted potatoes they harvested the other day. First, they washed the dirt off and covered the potatoes with aluminum foil. Then, they put them in fire to roast. They used rice husks to make the fire so that the potatoes would taste better.

 

Both students and teachers ate the potatoes after lunch. They were pretty full after lunch, but were still able to eat up all potatoes. They were so delicious!
